THE LEG DAY FOR GUYS/GALS WHO HATE LEG DAY! Do 5 sets of 12-15 reps/side of Dumbbell #BulgarianSplitSquats. Hit a set every 2 minutes for a 20-minute workout. Each set should take about a minute with a controlled lowering on each rep, so you've got about a minute rest between sides (which you'll need for your grip from holding the weights). I just hit this in my hotel gym and I always walk away feeling better than when I started. Not only do studies show similar strength and muscle gains
